Our community at Magnolia Ridge at Creekside is located in Pearl River, Louisiana, just off LA- 41. We are a small neighborhood consisting of 51 houses, with construction beginning in 2018. It is a vibrant community with original owners and new families that have chosen to call this quiet location home. With easy access to I -12 and LA-36, the hustle and bustle of city life is a mere drive away. Our HOA Board is comprised of local residents/original owners, with a mission to continuously improve and maintain security, enforce rules and covenants and maintain property values.
